There are two ways someone ends up with a Ninny Notes account. Check with whoever asked you to join if you're not sure which applies to you.
Creating an account
Go to ninnynotes.com and tap Sign up underneath the sign-in box.
Fill in your first name, last name, and phone number.
Check the box agreeing to receive text messages about caregiving coordination.
Enter your email address and, if you'd like, how you're related to the person you're caring for.
Tap Send code.
Check that email inbox for a message from Ninny Notes with a 6-digit code, and type it in.
Pending approval
After you sign up, you may see a "Pending approval" screen. That's normal - an admin needs to approve your access before you can see any care information. Let them know you've signed up if it's been a while.
Logging in
Go to ninnynotes.com.
Make sure the Emailtab is selected (it's the default).
Type in your email address and tap Send code.
Check your email for a 6-digit code, type it into the app, and tap Verify.
There's no password to remember - every sign-in works this way, with a fresh code each time. A code is only good for a short time, so if it's been a while, just request a new one.
Phone sign-in
Coming soon, but not turned on yet - use Email for now even if you see a Phone tab on the sign-in screen.
Finishing your profile
If your account was set up with just a phone number and no name on file, you'll be asked to fill in your first and last name the first time you sign in. This only happens once.
Trouble getting in?
If the sign-in email never arrives, check your spam folder first. If you still can't get in, reach out to your family's Ninny Notes admin.
