Effective July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ninny Notes, a private caretaking coordination application. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms.
Ninny Notes is an invite-only tool that helps a small group of family members and caregivers coordinate care for a single care recipient - tracking medication confirmations, shift coverage, appointments, and related notes, and sending reminders and alerts. It is a coordination tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a substitute for emergency services. If there is a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) directly.
Accounts are created directly by an administrator, or created by you and approved by an administrator. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and access to your phone number or email account secure, and for the accuracy of care information you enter.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring, automated SMS text messages from Ninny Notes related to caregiving coordination, including medication reminders, shift updates, appointment alerts, and escalation notices. Message frequency varies based on caregiving activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Ninny Notes is provided only for coordinating care for the specific care recipient it was set up for, and only for use by people approved by an administrator. Care records - medication confirmations, shift check-ins, notes, and similar entries - should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, since other caregivers rely on them.
Ninny Notes is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that reminders, alerts, or escalation notices (by SMS, push notification, or email) will always be delivered promptly or at all, including due to factors outside our control such as carrier filtering or delivery delays. Ninny Notes should not be relied on as the sole means of ensuring medication or care tasks are completed on time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninny Notes and the people who operate it are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including missed or delayed notifications.
If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
